Common questions

My verification email hasn't arrived

Check your spam folder, then request a new email from the verification screen. Links expire, so always use the most recent one.

My SMS code isn't working

Codes are six digits and expire after 10 minutes. After several incorrect attempts you'll need to request a fresh code.

I can't sign in

Use reset your password. For security we never confirm whether an email belongs to an account.
